National Federation of the Blind of Montana Community Night

Raise a glass at the Blackfoot in support of National Federation of the Blind of Montana. $1 from every beer sold on Monday January 27th will go directly toward their work advocating for the blind. Enter a raffle drawing to win a watercolor painting by Cathy Dulacki.

The National Federation of the Blind of Montana is pursuing two bills in our state legislature. The first bill seeks to grant blind Montanans the right to cast their vote through an online system. The current absentee ballot process cannot be completed independently by a blind individual; therefore, we are not afforded equal access. The second bill would guarantee a service animal handler restitution if their service animal is attacked or stolen. 48 states already have such a law.
