Great Conversations 2025

Great Conversations brings together life-long learners of all ages for an evening of informal conversation and dinner and to honor great teachers. Great Conversations draws more than 250 guests each year and features a wide range of relevant, thought-provoking topics; topic areas include science and technology, religion, politics, the economy, literature, history, and current events and culture.

Guests choose topics of interest to them when they register. Table leaders are chosen for their expertise to lead each discussion. A highlight of the evening is the time set aside at the beginning to recognize great teachers through Let’s Talk About Great Teachers program. Great Conversations supports HEF’s goal to support and encourage life-long learning.
