Couples Core Values Workshop

Instead of chocolate boxes and prix fixe menus, imagine a Valentine’s Day built on enjoyment and meaning that lasts beyond the evening (and food) itself. The Second Annual Couples Core Values Workshop creates space for spouses to reconnect around what matters most. A past participant succinctly described his workshop experience this way: “Good size. Great space. Fun. Low-stress.”

Through guided exercises and intentional dialogue, couples will identify individual and shared priorities, practice skills that support emotional attunement, and explore what’s beneath day-to-day stuck points. Expect a surprising and interactive values-based activity, paired conversations that promote awareness and closeness, small-group discussions that normalize common challenges, and easy-to-apply education concerning communication.
