Couples Core Values Workshop

Invest in your social health and fitness! This marital workshop is interactive, engaging, and couple-directed. Dr. Ali Kenny, PsyD, has created programming through which partners will uncover and identify individual values, gain awareness concerning what drives each person's decisions and behaviors, and facilitate emotional intimacy through insight and shared understanding. The workshop process will work via an interesting and surprising activity, couple conversations, some small group discussions, and a bit of large group sharing. Dr. Kenny will also help participants with skill-building in relation to communication and goal setting.
