About the event
Join us in the Blackfoot Taproom for a Community Night for Helena Sun Run, $1 from every beer sold will be donated to their efforts to raise money for solar panels for the Helena Food Share building.
The Helena Sun Run is a fundraiser 5k/1 mile walk organized annually to raise money for a solar array on a public or non-profit building in the city. Thus far, the Sun Run has fundraised for panels on the Lewis and Clark Library, the Holter Museum of Art, Carroll College, three Helena Elementary Schools, and is now entering its second year in partnership with Helena Food Share to finalize a project on their brand new building at 1280 Boulder Ave.
