LOCAL ARTISTS: WE WANT YOU!

​Call for art: the Helena Business Improvement District (BID) is looking for art submissions to
refresh the look of the seasonal summer banners. We are looking for creative, vibrant, and
inspiring designs that represent the history of Helena and the Montana spirit. Artists that are
based in Montana are invited to submit their original 2D medium artwork for consideration.
The selected designs will be displayed on seasonal summer banners throughout Helena
Business Improvement District (BID). The banner selected will be the main summer banner.
They will be displayed every summer for the foreseeable future on all 106 lampposts in the
district. If there is a summer seasonal event, such as the Soapbox Derby, the banners will be
temporarily removed and hung back up when the event concludes.

The winner will receive $750 in cash. HURRY: Deadline is January 9th at 3PM!
